Predicting the weather can be challenging and occasionally frustrating. Because planes fly at all hours, aviation meteorologists’ work schedules may include nights, weekends, and holidays, especially if there is an urgent weather situation at hand. An aviation meteorologist needs to have a logical and logical mind and work calmly under pressure.

  • Air Navigation

Air navigation is navigation while flying. It is used by pilots in aircraft to know their exact position and find their way. There are usually two types of air steering contingent on weather. In good weather, pilots navigate themselves visually with maps. But when the weather is bad and they cannot see the ground, they use special radio directional instruments or the air traffic controller navigates them. The first kind of navigation is called VFR (visual flight rules) navigation. The second is IFR (instrument flight rules) navigation.

  • Technical Specific

Consists of exams on aircraft approved by DGCA. A score of more than 90% is obligatory to pass, If you get below 90% you can reset. Question banks and study materials are available with us for some aircraft.

  • Radio Telephony

Radio Telephony Restricted Aero or RTR Exam is careful the toughest of exams a pilot trainee should go through, to get a commercial pilot license it requires a vast area of knowledge.

First part is a practical assessment of your communication competences.

For the Student Pilot License (SPL)

  • The minimum age of the candidate must be 16 years.
  • The candidate must have passed Class 10 examination.
  • The candidate must clear all the fitness tests and have a bank guarantee of Rs 10,000.
  • This is followed by an oral test and a Pilot Aptitude Test.

Note: Passing all this will get her or him through the college of their choice.

For the Private Pilot License (PPL)

  • Theminimum age of the candidate must be 17 years.
  • The candidate must have passed Class 12th examination.
  • The candidate must possess a medical fitness test from Air Force Central Medical Establishment (AFCME) or Institute of Aviation Medicine (IAM).

For the Commercial Pilot License (CPL)

  • The minimum age of the candidate must be between 18 and 30 years.
  • The candidate must have studied Physics and Maths in their Class 12th.

Note: The newly revised laws by the Government of India has stated that the CPL is to be granted only with prior three years of experience with PPL.
